Returns:

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within two day(s) from receiving your order. Please do not return anything before we send any instructions over on how to proceed with a return/refund. MoorDrip reserves the right to deny any return request.

Opened items are not eligible for a refund at this time due to hygienic reasons. Each case will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We appreciate your understanding with this.

Shipping Info:

All purchases will ship out same day if before 4PM PST, otherwise they will ship out the next business day. Tracking info is provided and will be sent out via email or text depending on which you selected.
Some tracking information will be delayed in updating due to USPS delays, please wait 48 hours before contacting us regarding shipping info.
